Hey Everyone!
It’s been a while since my last post, mainly because i’ve spent my time packing a lot of boxes then conveying all my stuff.
Then finally the unpacking of all of it… Yeah right, at last i’m enjoying my new home!
Maybe some of you have already seen the quick tease i made a few days ago on facebook, or maybe not,
in any case the wait is over! I’m happy to finally be sharing with you my new illustration called Cursed Fate™.

My main idea for this artwork was to illustrate a woman who was the protagonist of her final personal judgement.
As Ezekiel wrote in the bible {18:20}:
“The soul who sins shall die.”
Dressed in white, the purity symbol for Christianity, I attempted to evoke the idea that she seemed to have the desire
to hide her obscure truth and to deceive her fate. The contrast made by the woman’s white dress and the tenebrous
background landscape, was also made for strengthening this crucial moment.

The protagonist’s face is blurred, as if it was dripping in tears in the oblivion, and this is aimed to evoke that her sins
have corroded her soul, that her dignity is long gone. She’s turned nameless.

The design of the logo is quite simple, as for the obvious meaning.

The sparks wrapping her body, are like a vivid bonfire, and aimed to reinforce the idea of this inevitable and already begun,
apocalyptic celebration.

Hope you’ll enjoy this brand new illustration and I let you ’till the next time, with this sentence:
“You can evade life, but you can not evade Death”. – T. S. Elliot
